He was predeceased by: his parent Harold R. "Tom" Liller; his grandparents, Robert "Huck", Wanda Liller and Vance Davy; and his cousin Cory Wayne Staggs.
He is survived by: his parent Donna S. Winebrenner (Davy) of Keyser; his stepfather Joseph W. Winebrenner; his grandmother Verda Davy of Keyser; his sisters, Colleen Ackerman (Mike) of Keyser, Joe Winebrenner (Janet) of Alva, FL, Darlene Smith (Butch) of Westernport, MD, Teresa Leah (Phil) of Roanoke, VA and Lisa Rohrbaugh (Charlie) of Romney, WV; and his siblings' children, Megan Osburn, Caitlin Ackerman (Casey Shetler) and Derek Ackerman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
