He is survived by : his spouse Katherine Kennedy; his children, Jennifer Miranda, Frank Miranda of Holtville, Belinda Navarro, Michael Weller of San Diego and Arthur Navarro; his nephew Steven Harrell of National City; and also, Danitza Navarro of La Mesa, Katherine Kennedy, Melissa Harrell of San Diego and Diana Harrell of National City.
