He was predeceased by : his daughter Lorena Teresa Espana; and his parents, Ferdando Espana and Maria Espana. He is survived by : his wife Martha Lydia Espana (Calexico); his stepdaughter Isabel Llausas (Calexico); his children, Maria Espana (Tucson), Joanna Espana (San Diego), Salvador Espana (Santa Maria) and Albert Espana (Santee); his grandchildren, Alexander Francis and Christina Sobel (Tucson); and his siblings, Fernando Espana (Chula Vista) and Alma Kincaid (Spring Valley).
