With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Benita Hernandez of Canyon Country, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Benita may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Benita touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary (11160 Stranwood Ave, Mission Hills, CA 91345). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
