He was predeceased by: his wife Rose La Bate. He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Dougherty (Michael), Vincent La Bate (Sally) and Phyllis Reed (Brian); his grandchildren, Simon Dougherty (Kendra), Benjamin Dougherty, Mary Jane Dougherty, Esther Marlatt (Jeffrey), Giovanna McDanel (Tyler) and Audrey San Pedro (Victor); his great grandchildren, Mason, Gavin, Rylie Dougherty, Sophia, Shawn Marlatt and Juliet McDanel; and his siblings, Ann and Emilio La Bate.
