He is survived by: his wife Vera; his children, Inez Swartzer (Earl), Rosemarie Chrisman (Scott), Frank Gomes (Denise) and Elizabeth Hachenberg (Mitch); and his siblings, Tony Gomes (Marilyn), John Gomes (Mary) and Mary Marques. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
