He is survived by : his parents, Gustavo Macias and Celia Villareal; his wife Inosencia 'Chelo Macias; his daughters, Celia Macias, Christina Macias and Lucia Chabarria; his siblings, Ignacio, Juan, Mario, Julia, Gregoria, Ana and Patricia; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Alisa and Luisito. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
