With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neil Alan Dougherty (Chico, California), who passed away on April 30, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvyn and Mildred. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brother Thomas; and his children, Willy, Kristine and Brian. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and beloved extended family.

Donations in Neil's name can be made to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research or to Enloe Hospice.
