She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Crabtree and Mamie Crabtree; her siblings, Bob, Basil, Beverly, Berniece and Bruce; and her children, Lawrence Dave (Connie), Leonard Dwain (Karen), Leland Dan (Diane), Kim Neal (Tammy) and Annette Neal (Paul).
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty, Bonnie, Brenda, Belinda (Stillborn), Blanche (Susan) and Bert (Stanley); and her spouse Leichester Dwain West. She is also survived by 5 children, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
