He was predeceased by: his father Robert; and his sister Eileen Grady Hitchcock. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Worthington; his children, Rory Grady and Leah Nakata (Jeff); his grandsons, James and Joseph; his mother Rita Grady; and his siblings, Catherine Grady Sterk (Raymond), Matthew Grady (Angela), Sean Grady and Daniel Grady (Anita). He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
