He is survived by: his sons, Joseph John Ragan, Jr. (Theresa) of Granite Bay, CA and Robert Michael Ragan (Charlene) of Avenel, NJ; and his grandchildren, Jesse Cole Crowder of Sacramento, CA, Joseph John Ragan, III of Sacramento, CA, Morgan Ashley Ragan of Sacramento, CA, Brittany Patricia Ragan of Santa Barbara, CA, Abigail Frances Ragan of Avenel, NJ and Sean Robert Ragan of Avenel, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
