He is survived by: his wife Andrea Kamp; his mother Donna Matthews; his sister Denise; his brother-in-law Bill; his brother Brent; his siblings' children, Stacee, Tracee, Janeen, Ashlee and Jacob; his grandchildren, Aleena, Donald, Ariell, Neesah, Devin, Kaleb, Tanner, Lil David, Makynsee, James, Blake, Lexee and Hailee; his great grandchildren, Joleen and Waylon; and his pet Murphy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins nieces and nephews.
