She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley "Bryan" Breaks Jr.; her parents, Ralph Horner and Anna Fay Horner; and her sisters, Janet Willis (Horner) and Martha Brown (Horner).
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Ralph (Breaks) of Citrus Heights, Bonnie Parker (Breaks) and Renee Garrison (Breaks); and her brothers, Dale Horner (Patty) of Reading and Dean Horner (Darlene) of Citrus Heights. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend.
