He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hart; his son Phillip Sparks (Brianne); his parents, Stan Hart and Delight Hart; his siblings, Jim Hart, Mary Hart (Kristina) and Allen Hart; his father-in-law Bill Coles; his sisters-in-law, Tamara Wolf (Brad) and Barbie Xeller (Charles); his nieces, Alexzondrea Adorno, Sarah Wolf and Francesa Adorno; his goddaughter Annalise Wolf; and his great-niece Ophelia Mills. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
