He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Richard Carlson, Sr. and Agnes Lee Deason; his spouse Sandra Lee Kershaw; his brother Russell Haynes; his daughters, Kathleen Lorraine Tibbets and Victoria Lee Conley; his grandchildren, Andrew Hope and Ashley Elizabeth Tibbets; and his sons-in-law, Bryan Tibbets and Lee Conley.
