We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2017, at the age of 87, Max Raymond Tong (Colfax, California), born in Auburn, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his children, Daniel Tong of Foresthill, Dianna Tong Osborne of Newcastle, Hal Tong of Patterson and Cynthia Tong Queen of Foresthill; and his wife Joyce Davenport Tong. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
