She was predeceased by : her husband Frederick "Bob" Richter; her parents, Virgil Felts and Noreen Felts; and her sister Jewett Comstock. She is survived by : her children, Paul Richter (Kathryn) of Colusa and Cindy Campbell (Jim) of Princeton; her foster daughters, Louise Nordyke Eagleton (Robert) of Marysville and Linda Nordyke; and her grandchildren, Elena Paul, Kurt Richter, Jim Campbell and Kory Ley.
