He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bell and Violet Bell; his brother Tom Bell (Judith Bell); and his children, Greg Bell and Roberta Bell.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Bell; his son-in-law David Mudgett; and his granddaughter Ashley Gilreath (Nancy Ball).
