She is survived by: her children, Chris Slate (Paula), Glen Slate (Candace) and Karen Slate (Richard); her parents, Charles Hecomovich and Julia Hecomovich; and her brothers, Jay and Bill. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
