She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Carter and Pearl Carter; her sisters, Virgina Santarini and Mayland Wheaton; her husband Bob; her children, Dennis, Dwayne, Bobby Allen, LaRae, Amy and Tina; her grandchildren, LaRen, LaRisa, Josh, Nick, Brandon, Bobby, Jared, Nate, Hugh, Zeb, Gabe, Katie, Ally and Hailee; and her great grandchildren, Axel and Abigal. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, brother in-laws, cousins and extended family.
