We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2020, at the age of 87, Shirley Ann Mendell (Concord, California), born in Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband William Mendell; her daughters, Toni Mattingly (Carl), Kristina Osborne and Laura Scharff (Charles); and her grandchildren, Rachael, Renee, Brian, Jonathan, Nicolas, Shannon and Alex. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, as well as many, loving family members.
