He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Raphael; his children, Robert Raphael and Renee Katzenberg; his children-in-law, Debbie Raphael and Eric Katzenberg; his grandchildren, Seth, Joshua Raphael, Madeline and Colin Katzenberg; his brother Bruce; his sister-in-law Judy Raphael; his sister Sandy; and his brother-in-law Bob Lubarsky. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
