It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecelia Yap Villaraiz (Crestline, California), who passed away on July 22, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sons, Napoleon Villaraiz and Ike Villaraiz. She is survived by: her father Filipino; her sons, Merlo Villaraiz (Evelyn) of Las Vegas and Oscar Villaraiz (Villa); and her daughters-in-law, Marivic Villaraiz and Bebing Villaraiz. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
