He was predeceased by : his parents, LaVerne Gieber and Mary Jane Gieber (Phillips); his stepfather Gene Henderson; and his brother Doug. He is survived by : his wife Suzanne Frey; his children, Christopher Gieber (Tammi) of Humboldt, Gina Gonzalez (Gus) of Olivehurst and Craig Gieber of Sacramento; and his grandchildren, Kayla Gieber, Lauren Gonzalez and Jake Gonzalez (Suzanne Morrissey) of Sacramento.
