He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ernestine Alarcon; his daughters, Elaine Garcia, Annette Butler (Robert) and Gloria Alarcon; his brothers, Bobby Rascon and David Rascon; his grandchildren, Cruz Garcia, Chris Garcia (Deceased), Brian Butler, Brice Butler (Deceased), David Jr. Azevedo and Jessy Ochoa; and his parents, Jesus Alarcon and Sally Alarcon. He was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews.
