He is survived by : his wife Emilie; his children, Erlinda Lee, Henry Alarcon, Emilie Montgomery and Eugene Alarcon; and his siblings, Elidia Alarcon and Emilio Alarcon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
