He is survived by: his spouse Anarosa Guadalupe Torres; his children, Ingrid Soto (Carlos Lopez), Octavio Soto, Stephanie Soto and Isaias Soto; his grandsons, Esteban and Carlos; and his sisters, Diana Romero, Yolanda Romero (Roberto Romero), Estela Soto, Debbie Soto and Yvonne Rodriguez (Jose Rodriguez). He is also survived by his two grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
