He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Marie Alice Berndt and Albert Walter Berndt; his spouse Patricia Berndt; his children, Michael (Cheryl), Kevin (Vicki) and Stacey (David Lawn); his grandchildren, Lisa (Sean Maloney), Greg (Eunice Torrejon), Danielle (Raymond Egan), Jeff (Lisa), Mackenzie, Michael and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Bradley, Gianna, Sophia, Emily and Michael; and his sister Lois Curtin. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
