He was predeceased by : his brother Richard M. Locke. He is survived by : his mother Nancy T. Locke of Wilmington; his sister Connie Quigley of South Portland; his brother-in-law Jon Quigley; his brother Bruce Locke; his sister-in-law Jennifer Moss; and also Leonard G. Locke. He is also survived by nephew, three nieces, and their six children.
In lieu of flowers, anyone so inclined is encouraged to donate to any charity working with dementia patients.
