He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Kemp Owen and Frances Owen; his wife Joyce; and his children, Matthew, Michael and Melissa. He was also cherished by his parents, his wife, his three children and their spouses, eight grandchildren, his two siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
