He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Ada Sowers; and his daughter Julie (Chris). He is survived by: his children, John (Jennifer), Jill (Jeff) and Jason (Renee).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Miramar National Cemetery (5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions should be made to North County Young Life.
