She was predeceased by : her husband Tom; her parents, Bill Mitter and Mary Mitter; her sister Norma; and her brother-in-law Bob Williams.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Russell, Valerie DeVault and Wendy Johnson (Rich). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
