He is survived by : his wife Dottie; his children, Bob Ahern (Linda), Timm Ahern (Cindy), Chris Ahern (Mary), Jennifer Funk (Tim), Joanna Porter (John) and Julie Macke (Mike); his grandchildren, Laura Messina (John), Rob Ahern (Michelle), Ryan Funk (Allison), Lisa Lee (Brian), Terran Ahern, Megan Peters (Joe), Maddi Porter, Katie Ahern, Raina Ahern, Daniel Porter, Brennan Ahern, Sam Macke, Jon Ahern, Joey Macke and Max Macke; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Grace, Julia, Mary Kate Funk, Jack, Luke Messina, Molly and Lily Ahern. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
