She was predeceased by : her parents, William Pederson and Embla Pederson of Eureka, CA; and her brothers, Earl and Jack. She is survived by : her husband Rick Phay; her children, Christopher Tompkins, Theresa Hanlen (Willard) of Burney, Brenda Slover (Eddie) of Bella Vista and Sandra Duchi (Mike) of Gazelle; and her stepchildren, Ginny Adame and Gary Phay. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
