He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Walter Hesse and Bette Hesse; his spouse Alane; and his children, Jennifer Lynn Bullis, Darren Carl Hesse and Michael Paul Hesse. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and many friends.

In lieu of flowers and to honor his love for dogs, our family recommends making a donation in Rai's name to a no kill animal shelter.
