She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Mick" Hornsby of Porterville, CA. and Roberta Hornsby of Porterville, CA.. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Champ; her children, Trent Champ (Jacqueline) and Holly Champ; her grandchildren, Brayden Owen Champ and Evie Lynn Champ; her brother Scott Hornsby (Norma); her niece Sarah Sue (Aaron); and her nephew Loren Hornsby.

The Family is requesting in lieu of Flowers, donations be sent to Hind's Hospice, 2490 W. Shaw Ave. Suite 10, Fresno, CA 93711.
