He was predeceased by: his wife Minnie Garcia; and his daughter Martha Garcia-Price. He is survived by: his son Tony Garcia (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Roman Garcia (Blanca), Anna Quinonez (Enrique), Tony E. Garcia, Blake Facio and Derek Facio (Debbie). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
