She was predeceased by : her mother Elizabeth "Betsy" Lucido; and her father-in-law Bill Baker. She is survived by : her father Bill Lucido; her husband David; her children, Max, Grace and Corbin; her sister Maribeth Eggleston (Kevin); her nephews, Maxwell, Henry and Logan; her sisters, Anne Lucido and Katie Lowell (Rick); and her nieces, Paige, Lindsey and Maggie. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and life-long friends.

“Monica was the lead TK teacher in my region when we met. I was a SPED teacher of students with Autism, a few of whom were TK age. Monica welcomed my questions and always shared her ideas, resources and skills. She went out of her way to be sure I became familiar with the GE curriculum. One year I saw her at the Right To Life Christmas Dinner Auction. There I discovered that she was not just a FUSD teacher, but also a long-time pro-lifer. Sweet Monica, rest in peace!
