He is survived by: his wife Kristy; his children, Susan Critzer (Marvin) of Phoenix, Sandi Brown (Clarence) of Clovis and Steven Madsen of Salinas Valley; his brother Neal Madsen of Ventura; his grandchildren, Sean Critzer and Ryan Critzer; his sibling Roy; his nephew Roy Metzler III (Dina); and his niece Lynda Hodge (Jimmy).
