He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Gilbert Perkins; his sister Cheryl Denise Perkins; his sons, Michael and Nicholas; his granddaughter Avery Mataele; his mother Mary Perkins; his sister Annette Ford of Chicago; his aunt Clara Rogers; and his cousins, Norman Rogers, Noah, Joseph Rogers, Agnes and Jaya. He was also cherished by friends and relatives.
The Perkins Family asks that any donations be made to the Fullerton First United Methodist Church (Pancake Breakfast) to feed the homeless, 114 N. Pomona Ave, Fullerton, CA 92632.
