He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph and Willie; his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Melinda Peloquin (Ernie); his grandson Anthony Pulcini (Heather); his great grandchild Nikolai Payton; his daughter Jeri McGlone (David); his grandchildren, Brooke Ney (Scott), Shawn Watt, Kyle and Cory McGlone; his daughter Deborah Marzano (Dominic); his grandson Anthony Marzano (Tina); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Dalton Marzano and Vincent Marzano (Amy); his granddaughter Nikki Marzano; his great grandchildren, Austin, Tyson Bivins and Victoria Bivins; his son Vern Sparkman; his granddaughter Kelli Pinard (Don); his son Don Sparkman (Andrea); his granddaughter Jennifer Sparkman; Patricia Bynum and Joe Curtis Gross. He was also cherished by numerous other family members & friends.

Due to current pandemic restrictions, no services will be held at this time and direct burial will be in Section 52B, Marker 2016 at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA.
