He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Kenneth Hand and Frances Hand; his wife Anne; his grandchildren, Kayla Renee Hand and Shawn Albert Hand; his children, Barry (Tricia) of Tracy, CA, Kennan (Karla) of Eugene, OR and Margo Nance (Mark) of Taylorsville, NC; and his granddaughter Julia Hand of Goleta, CA..
