He was predeceased by : his siblings, Frank, Albert and Angie Cruz; and his nephews, Peter Cruz, Mark Bustamante, Mike Bustamante, Dario Bustamante, Frank Bustamante and Dario Jr. Bustamante.

He is survived by : his wife Laura; his daughters, Denise Fogel and Daria Woo; his grandson Santino Woo; and his nephews, Fernando and David Cruz.
