It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Wayne Nix (Grand Terrace, California), who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Nix and Maude Nix; his wife Maxine Nix; his son Michael Wayne Nix; his siblings, Frank, Jack, Carl, Delwin, Doris, Glenn Nix, Elperna Mills and Lois Schedler; and his grandsons, Jason Colbert Burris and Joel Boyer.

He is survived by : his children, Mark Douglas Nix (Marla), Bobbie Burris (Michael) of Tahlequah, OK, Glenda Williams of Edmond, OK and Carla Pate of Bethany, OK; his stepsons, Marty Boyer of Loveland, CO and Mark Boyer of Weatherford, OK; and his brothers, Garland Nix of Grand Terrace, CA and Roy Nix of Grand Terrace, CA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
