He was predeceased by: his close friend Setsuko. He is survived by: his brother Ben; his sons, Tim (Maryann), Glen and Dan (Stephanie); his grandsons, Brandon, Kevin (Christine), Eric, Ian and Maxwell; and his great grandchild Cameron.
