We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2021, at the age of 94, Rose Ostby of Healdsburg, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Annett and Clara Annett (Froemming); her son Allan Edward Lee; and her husband Edgar Ostby. She is survived by : her granddaughter Tiffany Averill of Pflugerville, TX. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
