He is survived by : his wife Maria Cortez (Mexico); his sons, Johnny Cortez (Cindy) of Hollister and Fernando Cortez (Melinda) of Hollister; his siblings, Frederico of San Juan, Carmen of Colorado, Lupe of Los Angeles and Soledad of Los Angeles; and his grandchildren, Johnny Jr., Mariah, Jayden, Corina, Lizzette, Demarie, Mariza, Dominic, Innocente, Dario and Angelina.
