She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Fiez and Alma Fiez; her brother Roy Fiez; her sister-in-law Mary Fiez; and her great-niece Beatrice (Birdie).

She is survived by : her siblings, Henry Fiez, Chuck Fiez, Margie Parodi (Mario) and Alice Miller; and her sister-in-law Debbie Fiez. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews, and 5 great great nieces and a nephew.

The family has requested that remembrances and expressions of sympathy be made in the form of contributions to Polly's fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
