He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Wayne Tomlin; his uncle David Lee Tomlin; and his grandparents, Catherine Davis, Albert and Berneva Redmond.
He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Lee Tomlin of Pascagoula; his son Jacob Sullivan; his siblings, Beverly Ratliff, Husband Jack of Pascagoula, Amanda Rushing of Big Point and Donald Tomlin of Pascagoula; his siblings' children, Hunter Ratliff, Austen Tomlin, Nicholas Tomlin, Nikki Rushing, Alexis Rushing and Katelyn Tomlin; his great-niece Isabella Ratliff; and his great-nephew Jack Ratliff. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in his name to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
