He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Fogarty Sr. and Jeanette Fogarty; his son Daniel Fogarty; and his sister Judee Curley. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Fogarty (Margaret), Elizabeth and Caroline Fogarty; the mother of his children Linda; his grandchildren, John Daniel, Helen and Virginia Fogarty; and his siblings, Tom (Chris), Ted, Kevin Fogarty and Jane Borghini (Mario). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
